Bob BurfeindBob Burfeind is Founding Partner of InPursuit, where he specializes in talent retention and development. He creates and implements candidate integration efforts, using InPursuit’s proprietary approach, FirstView,™ a performance based approach to integration success. He also leads practice work in leadership assessment and development, using FullView™Assessment, a multi-rater evaluation and coaching tool.

Prior to forming InPursuit, Bob started Genesis HR Consulting, a practice specializes in professional services firms and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Bob was Principal and Practice Leader of the Human Resources Consulting Practice at RSM McGladrey. His previous career included management roles in manufacturing, community development, newspaper and retail.

Bob has an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an undergraduate degree in English. His wife, Mary Kay, is a small business owner and they have two adult children, Mark and Emily.
