INTEGRATION
Finding talent is the first step; keeping people is next. InPursuit initiates its retention strategies prior to placing the candidate. Specific goals and timetable for actions are developed as part of the search strategy. Next, FirstView™ is used as an integration plan to create a thirty-day, sixty-day and ninety-day action plan to insure a fast start and agreed upon expectations.
Following this initial work plan, InPursuit will direct the completion of an evaluation process to ensure long term contribution and fit. This process may include FullView™ a multi-rater, leadership assessment tool, Insights Discovery™ or CPI 260™. The process defines strengths and developmental areas of the new employee and individual coaching sessions are used to insure proper focus is given to this retention strategy.
