Sarah TessienSarah Tessien joins the InPursuit team as a Search Consultant. As a recent college graduate, Sarah is looking forward to utilizing her communications background to further develop her abilities in the search and talent management field.   Her curiosity and passion for helping people reach their career goals align with her involvement in researching top talent for retained assignments.

Sarah’s prior experience includes an internship with Korn/Ferry International in Minneapolis, a worldwide leader in executive search firm. After experiencing the search business first hand, she realized both the importance and necessity of the industry as well as her personal fulfillment. She was highly involved with the initial search process which included extensive sourcing and potential candidate research.

Sarah is a recent graduate of St. Olaf College where she received a B.A. in English with a strong focus in communications. She currently lives in St. Louis Park and enjoys running and spending time with her family.
